Holding Fees
For HMOs: £80 – Required to reserve the property while your application is processed. This will be deducted from your first month’s rent if successful.
For Residential Properties: £150 – Required to reserve the property while your application is processed. This will be deducted from your first month’s rent if successful.
Security Deposits
Letting Complete Ltd is a member of a Government-approved Client Money Protection Scheme. All deposits are securely held with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), under registration number 1577427.
The security deposit payable will be equivalent to five weeks’ rent. To calculate this:
Multiply the weekly rent by five.
For example, if the weekly rent is £200, the security deposit would be £200 x 5 = £1,000.
To determine the weekly rent:
Take the advertised monthly rent, divide it by 52, and then multiply by 12.
